Amber Schulz - PRESIDENT
The President of our illustrious club, Amber Schulz embodies all of the qualities of a true MUSKI legend. A junior racing legend (she hated it), Amber has been around the slopes for a long time, and uses this extensive expertise to lead MUSKI with all the qualities of a true sesh-convert. Entering her 4th year in MUSKI, and second on committee after serving as our Merch officianado in 2023, this veteran has the experience, drive, and commitment to deliver exactly what this club and its many members need. Amber can most prominently be found engaging with all things MUSKI, be it on a pub crawl, at a fortnightly BBQ, sending it on the slopes, or rallying the crew to make every event that bit more special; Amber is a hard person to avoid, and her larger than life, exciting, and hilarious personality will mean she is at the centre of any occasion.
Ben De Luca (DUKES) - TREASURER
Meet Ben "Dukes" De Luca, MUSKI's tech-savvy treasurer and skiing maestro. By day, he's a mechatronic whiz, conjuring magic with circuits and gears. As the sun sets, Dukes trades his engineering hat for the thrill of the slopes. Serving as MUSKI's financial wizard, he ensures our ski adventures glide seamlessly, just like his mechatronic creations. Besides fine-tuning machines and leaving his mark on the snow, Dukes adds another note to his repertoire by effortlessly playing the piano—a skill as finely tuned as his commitment to making our mountain adventures unforgettable.
Eleanor André - SECRETARY
Get ready to hit the slopes and party like never before with Eleanor André, the dynamic new Secretary of the MUSKI! A force to be reckoned with, Eleanor is not your average ski enthusiast – she's a thrill-seeker extraordinaire who tackles the mountains with the same fierce determination she brings to girl bossing her way through life.
When she's not shredding powder or racing down slopes, Eleanor can be found riding horses with the elegance and grace of a true equestrian queen. But don't let her polished exterior fool you – this girl knows how to let loose and have a good time! Whether she's reigning in her fellow feral committee, or leading the charge on the dance floor, Eleanor's energy is infectious, and her enthusiasm is unparalleled.
With Eleanor at the helm, MUSKI is set to reach new heights of excitement and adventure. So grab your skis, buckle up your boots, and get ready for a wild ride with the one and only Eleanor Andre with a weird fucking squiggly e that's too hard to type on a keyboard.
Cherry Xu - racing/trips COORDINATOR
Meet Cherry, an adrenaline junkie who can be found ducking the ropes and hiding from ski patrol. She can be found shredding the slopes in her unmissable pink hoodie and skis or trying out some other form of extreme sports. Cherry can be found at social events always talking bout the snow or ditching uni to plan her next trip on the slopes. She's got her priorities straight as you all should too, who needs a degree when there's snow on the slopes. You'll find her this season once again skipping uni to attend the racing trips.
Patrick Bradfield Smith - TRIPS COORDINATOR
Next up on our list of loveable delinquents is none other than Patrick aka Pat or affectionately PBS. A man whose skiing ability is only topped by his ability to sesh which earned him another name (PB Sesh) and his genetic predisposition to growing a 'stache! We challenge you to find someone who embodies the MUSKI holy trinity of Ski, Party, Love like our boy Pat. When he’s out there on the slopes or in his hobby of being a volunteer firey just know that PBS is out there being a silent guardian and a watchful protector of MUSKI we all deserve!
Madi Jeffares - trips coordinator
Madi was destined for MUSKI the second she clicked into skis at age six and went hurtling down the magic carpet. Nowadays, you can spot her on the slopes thanks to her helmet which currently has more stickers than you can possibly count! And in the pub? Just keep an eye out for whichever hair colour she's rocking this month. Living by the "Ski. Party. Love." motto, Madi is always keen to make a new friend (add her on the Slopes app) or have a dance, but for your own sake, don't let her too close to the karaoke mic. In her third year at MUSKI, she's making her Committee debut and hoping to plan some unforgettable trips. Just try to catch her before she jets off to chase powder in Japan again!
James Sutherland (SUTHO) - HIRE COORDINATOR
Introducing Sutho: a proud founding member of the North Melbourne Piss Society, former Huskies Prosh captain and now an integral part of the MUSKI ski hire team. As a connoisseur of IPA, avid supporter of the Richmond Football Club and certified powder hound, it’s safe to say Sutho enjoys the good things in life. While the ski run to defeat Sutho is yet to be discovered, a lime scooter home from Geurns after the extreme sports pub crawl is a different story. Despite his misadventures, this kilt-wearing legend, ensures, without fail, that the vibes are good at all times thanks to his unmatched energy and enthusiasm.
Anastasia Polyakova (STAIJ) - Hire Coordinator
Thomas Lukies - hire coordinator
Hailing from the other end of Swanston St, you would never know this man went to RMIT by the amount of time he spends around our campus. Lukies is well known as one of MUSKI’s dearest and beloved, and as soon as you meet him you’ll see why. You’ll see this vertically-gifted man around most of MUSKI’s events throughout the year with a beer in his hand and a sesh on his mind. Whether it’s a day or a week long trip, Lukies will always be there to keep the vibes going, tunes pumping, and possibly grab something for you from the top shelf.
Maddie Barron - social representative
We are thrilled to introduce Maddie Barron to the committee this year as one of our social representatives. As Wimbeldon’s both tallest and most skillful skier, there’s no way you could miss her sending it on the slopes or sending it on the dance floor. If you run into her at any of the exciting events she has planned for Muski, you are in for a great chat, most likely about the season she did in the french alps (which you will definitely not stop hearing about), but also filled by talks of her exciting travels to a multitude of different hiking destinations because as great as she is at skiing, boy can she walk. Whether it's on or off of the slopes, Maddie will always be there to help and make sure everyone is having a good time, because no one Ski, Party, Loves it like Maddie Barron.
Charles Rose - social representative
Charlie Rose is one of MUSKIs newest and most committed recruits, joining the committee as a Social Rep this year. He somehow managed to go on 5 ski trips last season, often spotted tearing down the slopes in his dragon onsie at break-neck speed, a questionable ski “style” which earned him one or two stern conversations with ski patrol. Charlie is always a good time and can be found downing pints and seshing to drum and base. Don’t try to guess where his accent is from (unless you think he sounds French) and don’t ask him about his blackcrow skis (he’ll tell you anyway). You’ll definitely see Charlie at all of our on and off campus events and, although he might not remember your name, he is always ready to hand out muski stickers and have a chat.
Luke Kelly - Merchandise, Marketing, & Sponsorship
Put your hands together for the maddest merch rep we’ve ever seen. When Luke isn’t marching, he’s busily merching up some new threads for us to flaunt on the slopes this year. This bloke sees the world in black and white: black runs and fresh pow, but he isn’t all business. When the lifts close, a switch flips, and he will show you dance moves never seen outside low-quality dog gifs. Speaking of dogs, you might see him raising the world's cutest service dog around the streets of Melbourne – it turns out he’s actually being a decent human too, so you know you can trust him when you’re stuck on the slopes.
